My friends and family will attest to the fact that I am a picky eater. I believe that life is too short to eat bad food! That said, when I rave about a new restaurant, you know it’s worth checking out... This weekend, I got introduced to one of the greatest (if not the greatest) vegan hotspot in Montreal. I cannot emphasize enough how blown away I was by Lov Restaurant, which is located in Old Montreal.
Love an afternoon tea with a view? Come to Fortnum and Mason's for a tasty high tea accompanied by delicious patisseries to give you a combination of London-y and Dubai vibe.
Okay so first, I just want to start off by saying; Holts Café Holt is probably the nicest brunch place in downtown Montréal. A few weeks ago, my mom came to town and I wanted to make sure I brought her to the top best restaurants in Montreal, at least those I knew of. My friend suggested this brunch place, located right under the Holt Renfrew retail store which explains the name "Holts Café", and I was so glad she did because I had totally forgotten I've been there a year ago. My memory isn't great, but I was shocked I hadn't remembered this superb brunch place, filled with such a sympathetic atmosphere. I mean from the moment you walk in, you feel the energy of an exhilarating café setting.
If you're in Montreal and you're looking for a coffee place to just meet some friends or get on your laptop to get some work done, Tommy Cafe has the lively atmosphere with the most welcoming staff that makes you want to come back almost everyday. There's more to it than just coffee.
