Feeling The (LOV)E

My friends and family will attest to the fact that I am a picky eater. I believe that life is too short to eat bad food!  That said, when I rave about a new restaurant, you know it’s worth checking out... This weekend, I got introduced to one of the greatest (if not the greatest) vegan hotspot in Montreal. I cannot emphasize enough how blown away I was by Lov Restaurant, which is located in Old Montreal.
 

Here’s the story, a (vegan) friend of mine was visiting me in Montreal this weekend. She was keen on finding hip vegan restaurants, as there’s a scarce amount near her college.  Being that Montreal is full of meaty dishes and beavertails, it’s quite hard to find quality vegan restaurants but thank you god, a mutual friend of ours recommended Lov and I will forever thank her for it. 

Lov’s casual vibe and delicious food exceeded all my expectations. From vegan Poutine (yes VEGAN) to the classic avocado on toast to even Gnocchi, the menu is full of vegan versions of our favorite dishes. Its white theme with a hint of tropical vibes gives the restaurant a charm unparallel to other restaurants.

After ordering almost entire menu at the restaurant, we left full of vegan goodness and cool pictures for the Gram. I am looking forward for round 2, Lov.
