I come back today with my skincare routine in the morning. The AM routine is more simple than the PM routine and It just consists of 5 steps! I do not want you to buy every single one of these products and end up with unwanted results. These are just products that have worked for me personally, or else I wouldn't be recommending them. They were however, advised to me by dermatologists and skincare professionals. In these five steps, I will try not to include any "anti-acne" treatments because those treatments should be each tested out by yourself since each skin reacts differently to various treatments. I will talk about more well-known products based from dermatology-tested laboratories and those who I strongly recommend. Step one: First thing I do when I wake up in the morning is the obvious. I wash my face with lukewarm water with my cleanser of all time, the Noreva Exfoliac foaming gel. I cannot describe to you how much this cleanser has helped me plump up my face and reduce scarring. It's incredible how good it is, I just feel so safe with it because of all the ingredients it contains such as zinc, AHA, paraben-free, hydro-allergenic, non-comedogenic, glycerine derivative formulas. They are all big sub-treatments to curing acne scars and removing impurities off your skin. I also suggest the Noreva Zeniac gel, which is also really good for balancing the skin's pH levels for a nice toned out and clean face. I used to brush the cleanser all over my face with a Clarasonic a few months ago but I found it to be really harsh and aggressive for my skin. Step two: Serums! As a guy and especially a teenager, this step isn't so necessary for me, but I think it's a step not to miss for people who encounter difficulties with wrinkles and a really worn out face after a sleepless night, for example. The Dior's Capture Totale One Essential really helps with detoxifying and restoring the skin's luminosity. Step three: Moisturize your skin. Now because the first step's cleanser really dries out the skin after application, it is really important to bring some sort of moisture to the face. I use the Cetaphil's oil control moisturizer, which also serves as a sunscreen with SPF 30. It leaves your skin moisturized throughout the day without bringing it to a single shine. Step four: Medacin T lotion. This is by far, the only medicine I swear by for treating spots, acne, scars and dullness. Apply a thin layer all over the face. Step five: Boscia's Clear Complexion Tonic. Helps to even out skin tone. After this step, you're good to go! Wasnt so bad, was it?
